An Associate Pastor at New Life Church, David leads the Desperation conferences and internships that empower young people to live in desperate pursuit of God. David spear heads the Desperation National Youth Conferences which mobilizes and equips youth ministries from across the nation. David also serves as the director of the Furnace which trains college students in prayer, local church ministry, and global missions. David and his wife, Renata, have three children, Dawson, Alivia, and Adelyn.

Brent Parsley is the pastor of _tag student ministries at New Life Church. _tag is the place to be in Colorado Springs. Each and every week 1,000 Jr. High and high school students are figuring out what it means to accomplish God's purpose in their own generation. Brent loves rallying young men and women to fulfill the dreams of God. Brent is a gifted communicator and lovable leader. He has a beautiful young family and a crazy cool extended family the world knows as _tag. Brent is a leading voice in our generation reminding us all that talk is cheap.

Aaron Stern is the pastor of theMILL here at New Life Church. theMILL is a diverse and dynamic gathering of college students and 20-somethings. 5 years ago, Aaron and a group of 30 students launched theMILL with a desire to passionately love God, each other and their city. Today, theMILL draws over 1,000 people every week. Aaron loves unpacking the scriptures and helping young men and women apply it to everyday life. He is a leading voice in our generation to live full for the glory and fame of God. Aaron is married to Jossie and has 3 boys.

Led by Jon Egan, The Desperation Band has become known for High-energy, passionate worship that conveys the hunger of this generation to experience the presence of God. Jon is an Associate Worship Pastor at New Life Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado. His unique worship style reflects the worship from New Life's Student Ministries _tag, theMILL, and Desperation. Desperation's albums appear on Integrity's Vertical Music label and are available on iTunes, as well as through multiple stores and online retailers.

Brady Boyd is the senior pastor of New Life Church. Pastor Brady is a gifted teacher and strong leader, bringing to New Life many years of experience in pastoral ministry. He also has a passion for training, equipping, and releasing leaders in the areas of prophecy, leadership, church health, and small group ministry.

Dan joined the Desperation staff in 2001. His focus is to help David oversee the Furnace and the Internship program. Dan creatively unpacks the Scriptures and has a passion to take young leaders to levels of influence beyond their wildest dreams.

Amy joined the Desperation team in 2004 as a Desperation intern. She possesses authentic zeal for Jesus and serves the next generation faithfully by working for Desperation.

Justin joined Desperation in 2007. He oversees the National Conferences aiding David to see that every detail is covered from beginning to end. He has a god given talent to navigate through fog by keeping the end goal in mind.
